Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made with First Responders Let’s Ride.

Bookings & Payments

• A deposit is required to secure your booking

• Full payment must be completed prior to the event

• Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may forfeit the deposit

• We allow rescheduling due to valid reasons, subject to availability

• Credits may be issued and must be used within a specified period

Weather Policy

• Light rain: event may proceed

• Heavy rain or unsafe conditions: event will be rescheduled

• No refunds for weather-related cancellations, but credit or reschedule will be offered

Setup Requirements

• Client must ensure sufficient space for setup

• Surface must be flat and safe (grass, concrete, etc.)

• Clear access must be provided

Supervision & Safety

• Adult supervision is required at all times

• Children must follow safety instructions

• First Responders Let’s Ride is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse

Damage & Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence

• Equipment must be used as instructed

Liability Waiver

• Participation is at your own risk

• A waiver must be signed by parents or guardians before children participate
