Event Location Requirements & Booking Conditions
📍 Location Requirements
Our Birthday Party Experience is available across Brisbane Northside public parks.
To ensure a safe and high-quality setup, the event location must:
• Provide sufficient open space for the inflatable track and gazebo setup
• Have a minimum clear area of approximately 20m x 10m
• Be mostly flat and level
• Have grass in good condition (not muddy, patchy, or uneven)
• Allow safe vehicle access for unloading and setup
🗺 Recommended Northside Parks
The following parks are suitable and commonly meet our setup requirements:
• 7th Brigade Park – Chermside
• Marchant Park – Chermside West
• Kalinga Park – Clayfield
• Teralba Park – Everton Park
• Bradbury Park – Kedron
• Hidden World Playground – Fitzgibbon
• Pine Rivers Park – Strathpine
Final site suitability is confirmed prior to the event.
🔄 Backup Location
We recommend having a suitable Plan B location in mind in case your original park becomes unavailable.
Any location change must be communicated at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled event time.
🌧 Weather Policy
All bookings are subject to safe weather conditions.
If surfaces are wet, muddy, or if rain is forecast at the time of the event, we are unable to operate the inflatable track and ride-on vehicles safely.
In the event of unsuitable weather, your booking will be rescheduled within 7 days, subject to availability.
